NISTCOL In-Service Teachers' Training College

NISTCOL is an In-service teachers' training college and is an affiliate of the University of Zambia. Currently, NISTCOL is the Government College with the highest number of Programmes.


According to this information on their website,the college has well qualified and competent lecturers and their graduates exhibit a high degree of competency in planning and classroom practice. The courses prepare teachers to handle effectively and proficiently both basic and high school classes.

The college is located 45km East of Lusaka along the great East Road, 7km south of Chongwe along the D149.
